When integral people gather under any umbrella (this one happens to be leadership), an automatic kinship is formed. Being part of an integral community is like no other – it’s a place where worldviews are in alignment; where everyone speaks the same “color coded” language; where we can be transparent and bring our full selves forward. I highly recommend spending time in the ILiA community – it’s deep, worthwhile and damn satisfying.

This idea of finding a means of measuring one’s development is very intriguing to me.
