When
integral people gather under any umbrella (this one happens to be
leadership), an automatic kinship is formed. Being part of an integral
community is like no other – it’s a place where worldviews are in
alignment; where everyone speaks the same “color coded” language; where
we can be transparent and bring our full selves forward. I highly
recommend spending time in the ILiA community – it’s deep, worthwhile
and damn satisfying.

The Third
ILiA collaborative (ILiA3) took place in Boulder, CO in partnership
with Boulder
Integral from Oct 9-12, 2008. Boulder Integral, a warm and inviting
yet contemporary and expansive space, provided the perfect environment
for deep, experiential learning and plentiful opportunities for sharing
in a peer-to-peer context.
The 2008 theme
inspired everyone to embody the meaning of leadership
through an integral lens.
In a true collaborative format, individuals from diverse backgrounds
and fields came together creating an exceptionally energetic
cross-pollination of ideas and practices. People definitely obtained a
heightened sense of motivation and inspiration along with practical
tools ready for application.
Read a write-up
of ILiA3 by David McCallum, a conference participant, published in
the Integral Leadership Review.

Presenters and Participant
comments

Diane Hamilton.
Diane is one of the best in-the-moment process facilitators I have ever
seen. She embodies grace, wisdom, and male/female compassion.
Terry
Patton.
Integral Life Practice - Terry is a man who walks the talk. I also
appreciate how he shows up as a participant – he always has something
profound to share.
Andrew Cohen.
When Andrew laid out his vision for a Kosmocentric
perspective – it was truly exciting and engaging. His vision is
specific and leads integral to the leading edge and forward.
