Larry Kiehl
sometimes refers to himself as an "evolutional consciousness evocateur" (perhaps,
perturbateur?), especially as regards evolving we/interpersonal consciousness.
He has an extensive background in human development,
which includes a Master's degree in Communication Development and
over three decades of individual, team, and organizational development
consulting, training, and coaching across the
U.S. and in Asia. After five years of progressive
metaphysical practices he had a spiritual awakening in 1983, the first of
several, what he eventually learned to identify as natural evolutional shifts
in stages and states of consciousness. A shake-out was
to leave business-as-usual in 1986 to further evolve his capacities for
understanding and capabilities for facilitating others in their journeys in
evolutional consciousness.
He chooses to see living life as a realtime laboratory for
consciousness development, which includes engaging others in realtime, not just
away in workshops. As such, to this end
he promotes such qualities as authenticity, transparency, candor,
vulnerability, and collaborative-conflict orientations (versus competitive
conflict), to name a few. He recently finished writing a book after a decade of
birthing it:
Our Emerging Spirituality of Business and Being:
Opening Into Transformative Ontological Development As A Natural Evolution of Human Consciousness Into Greater Competencies, Higher Advantages, and Deeper Wellbeing.
See his web site at Evolutional Consciousness.
