Dear Friend of Integral Leadership in Action,
As one of our esteemed conference presenters and collaborators, you have personally witnessed and nurtured ILiA’s evolution over the past several years.
It was the collective wisdom of the Board almost a year ago to allow ILiA time to contract short-term in order to clarify and purify its purpose and mission for the future. During this time, the world itself has not stood still. Like you, we have witnessed, experienced and felt the many changes and shifts occurring throughout the world. Partnering with Integral Leadership Review this past summer to host the online Integral Leadership Collaborative, we also learned that the larger integral community needs and seeks a deeper and more applicable integral experience. Perhaps the time has come for integrally-inclined leaders to more consciously, collectively and actively assist in birthing an awakening world?
As a Board, our deepest desire is to be of service to integral emergence in the world, especially integral leadership. It is for this reason, that we are planning and crafting our next in-person conference for May, 2012 – “Evolving Leadership for an Awakening World: Transforming Leadership Through Theory, Action and Application”. We look forward to reconnecting and collaborating with like-minded and like-hearted leaders like you who are consciously and actively assisting in the birthing of an awakening world. We hope you'll join us.

Join us for our FIRST Homecoming - an event to build Integral Leader Tribe. Gary Hawke (above in Austin at ILiA4) will be traveling in from London. Gary has been coming to ILiA since the second conference. He is a purveyor of incredible ILP and applies integral in a prison setting.
