ILiA Partners, Presenters & Patricipants
Integral Leadership in Action (ILiA) is a fluid organization that holds annual “Collaboratives.” The collaboratives alternate from a conference format on odd numbered years to a homecoming format on even numbered years. Since the application of Integral Theory to leadership teachings and practices is cutting edge, we believe the expert is in the amalgamation of each of our individual experiences shared in the collaborative container.
Partners: In the spirit of collaboration, ILiA presents a unique opportunity for integrally informed organizations to engage together and cross-pollinate. Our current partners are EnlightenNext, Boulder Integral, and Integral Life. Each year our partners participate and/or present at ILiA and share their latest "frothy edge" adventures. We also cross-promote and support each other’s events without monetary exchange.
Presenters: Since we believe the wisdom is “in the audience” as well as “on the stage,” our model is that the presenters are typically also the participants. So, if you have something to share and want to present, please discuss it with a board member (see below). The Homecoming format is mostly focused on the combined wisdom of the participants, and also includes a few presenters to ensure core knowledge transmission and add a little spice to the recipe.
Participants: ILiA is about the participants. It is intended to be a gathering of the Integral Leader tribe - a place for you to come and connect, deepen and renew. It is about being of service to the participants - to utlize our collective resources and create an "integral" space where we can express what we are doing in the world, our successes, and our failures. We come together to reconnect, to dance, to learn, and to have fun. Actually, this could possibly just be an excuse to hold an integral party! Come join us, as you are on the guest list. Bring your unique offering to enrich this piece of Integral as we explore the evolution of Integral Leadership in Action!

The structure of ILiA as an emerging organization is continuously evolving. What started out as a group of willing volunteers to help plan the next conference (Next Conference Circle or NCC) has developed into a more formalized board as ILiA becomes a non-profit with 501c3 status.
