ILiA Finances Background, Income, Expenses, Net Summary

Integral Leadership in Action was born out of an Integral Institute (I-I) Open Space (see: Part 1 ILiA Evolution).

Thank you for your interest in ILiA finances. In 2009, ILiA became a non-profit and is working toward becoming an official 501c3. It is an all-volunteer organization mostly supported by the hard work, attention, and personal finances of its members. In 2010 ILiA took on more shape, intention, and meaning with a newly appointed board (see: Part 2 ILiA Evolution) and an alternating annual format.

ILiA is focused on the current state and evolution of Integral Leadership. ILiA has no “membership” dues and holds a for fee annual collaborative of the tribe (conferences on odd years, homecomings on even years). This open community of like-minded individuals comes together to renew, restore, and understand our current state of evolution.

ILiA strives to be transparent in its finances so you know what the expected income and expenses are and how your collaborative tuition is being put to good use.
