Patricia Aburdene is one of the world’s leading social forecasters. Her newest book, Megatrends 2010: The Rise of Conscious Capitalism, describes seven new trends transforming free enterprise.

Susan Beck is a the founder and president of Global Activation Unlimited, LLC, a high-energy consultancy that facilitates tailored processes to support organizations and individuals in being “who they are on Earth to be” and creating holistic solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. She is the former Chief Operating Officer of the Association of Unity Churches International. In that position, she coordinated the activities of the four Vice Presidents to create and complete strategic initiatives and other projects nationally and internationally. Previously, as the Executive Director of the HearthStone Global Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska, Susan managed several significant international projects, including efforts to promote large-scale conscious transformation within nations, including Israel, and within businesses, other organizations and communities.
Before joining HearthStone, Susan served 24 years as an Air Force officer and retired from active military service at the Pentagon in 2001 after achieving the rank of Colonel. Her experience included positions in air and space operations; contracting and program management; multinational advanced technology development; squadron command; advisor to the first female Secretary of the Air Force; and later Director of the Secretary’s Action Group (think tank) for another Air Force Secretary. Susan continued in Washington, DC as a consultant for the Department of Defense and defense contractors immediately after the events of 9/11 and then became a certified business and life coach, guiding businesses and individuals in consciously creating their futures and achieving their highest intentions.
Susan hails from Orlando, Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Florida Technological University. She was later awarded a Master of Science degree in Logistics Management (Acquisition and Contract Management) from the Air Force Institute of Technology and ultimately a Master of Science degree (National Resource Strategy) and Distinguished Graduate recognition from the National Defense University in Washington, DC.
Susan also enjoys traveling, speaking and facilitating executive seminars, as well as motivational and transformational workshops and retreats. She is married to Randy Catron who is an artist, writer and poet. They live a very interesting and spiritually engaged life together on a small nature preserve they have created in Independence, Missouri.Jeff Carreira As Director of Education at EnlightenNext, Jeff Carreira oversees the education and membership programs, which support a growing global network of individuals committed to guiding humanity through an
evolutionary leap in consciousness. Over the past 16 years he has become one of the leading representatives of EnlightenNext founder Andrew Cohen and his teaching of Evolutionary Enlightenment. Carreira gives talks and seminars around the world and also trains and supervises other teachers and seminar leaders. In February 2007, he initiated a weekly conference call and webcast series, which has attracted an international audience of over 10,000 people "evolutionaries." Carreira has also served as Andrew Cohen's personal assistant and works closely with him in developing programs for EnlightenNext. Prior to his involvement with EnlightenNext, Carreira spent five years working as a research engineer before obtaining a Master's degree in Education and spent the following twelve years in teaching and educational management.
Rev. Deborah Frownfelter is the Vice-President of Education, Leadership and Ministry Development for the Association of Unity Churches International.
Deborah is responsible for strategic capacity building functions for Association members including programs and services involving spiritual education for all ages, leadership development, ministry expansion and development, and worldwide support. Deborah is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Association’s new Transformation Experience project.
Deborah spent most of her career prior to ministerial training in the business world, often in positions of leadership and management responsibility. A visionary, strategic thinker, and pioneer, she has been responsible in several organizations for creating many system-wide programs and functions, including leadership development, organizational development, coaching and mentoring, transition management, and teambuilding. Deborah has chaired executive level project teams involving the planning and implementation of Innovation, World Class Care, Total Quality Improvement, Positive Performance, Recruitment and Retention, and Empowerment.
In total, she has over 20 years experience in leadership and organizational development, most recently with the Center for Leadership Development at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and College of Medicine.
Education has also been an important aspect of her professional career. She has designed innovative curriculum, taught, and mentored others in public schools, in college, in Sunday School, and in business and professional settings to professionals including doctors. She was the Founder and President of Lifelong Learning, an educational consulting business, dedicated to advancing learning strategies based on brain research for business, education and personal development.
Deborah has a B.A. from Grove City College and an M.S. in Community Counseling from Shippensburg University. She is an ordained Unity minister and Licensed Unity Teacher and delights in nurturing the gifts of others and facilitating their growth, development and transformation. Deborah is married to Edwin, an attorney, and is the mother of two young adults, Alaina and Ross.
Mike Hohnen is a service management specialist and a passionate advocate of Action Learning. He has spent over 20 years as a manager and active change leader in service and hospitality companies worldwide among others as administrative director for Kristensen Oceanfront Restaurants in South Africa, sales and marketing director for Hartek in Switzerland and former senior consultant in NCM City Center Development in Copenhagen. Today he is the principal shareholder in Thoughts4Action Consulting CC, from where he delivers Action Learning based leadership development programmes and coaching in the theoretical framework of The Service Profit Chain and Integral Theory. Mike works as a coach, consultant, teacher and speaker. His humour and passion are contagious in a way that always seems to inspire his audience regardless if there are 2 or 200. He has taught at Business School of The Netherlands and in South Africa and he has designed a diploma in service management in association with University of Chester on the basis of the theory of The Service Profit Chain. Jeff Salzman is lead teacher at Boulder Integral as well as part of the founding circle. He is co-founder of CareerTrack Training (which employed over 300 people and generated close to $100 million annually) and has worked in adult education / transformation for twenty five years. For three years Jeff worked side by side with Ken Wilber building the Integral Institute, an international center for integral theory and application. A Divinity School dropout, he has a Masters Degree in Indo-Tibetan Studies from Naropa University. Jeff is devoted to the Integral Worldview and to helping it arise in people’s mind/bodies through the work of Boulder Integral.
Robb Smith is a social entrepreneur and a recovering venture capitalist, having found an integral practice after an awakening induced by a radically-difficult business turnaround, whose success he took far too seriously. Now he slavishly pursues anything which provides more space and clarity for himself and others. As CEO of Integral Life and Integral Institute, he guides design and execution throughout the Life-Institute ecosystem, including online and product media, events including Integral Spiritual Experience, State of the World Forum and the Integral Theory Conference, Integral Life's coaching services, book publishing and the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice. Before coming to Integral Institute and co-founding Integral Life with Ken Wilber, he was Managing Partner of Nevada Ventures, Nevada's first venture capital fund, and was pursuing his master's degree in philosophy at the University of Nevada. Cindy Wigglesworth is the creator of the only validated Spiritual Intelligence assessment. She is the President of Conscious Pursuits, Inc., a company she founded in 2000. She consults, trains, and coaches clients in healthcare, oil and gas, and other industries on leadership development and emotional and spiritual intelligence. She is on the Board of the International Center for Spirit at Work; the Boniuk Center for Religious Tolerance at Rice University; and Integral Leadership in Action. Cindy has a BA and MA from Duke University. She has appeared on Oprah, Houston PBS and numerous radio programs.

Victoria Wilson-Jones is an experienced mind/body/spirit educator. She has spent the last 27 years creating and facilitating classes, Soul Quest trips and intensives that instruct individuals in soul connection and self empowerment from the heart of compassion. Victoria has a Master's of Science degree in Metaphysical Philosophy from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She is the founder and director of Sacred Circle(TM), In the Company of Spirit and Soul Quest to Sacred Spaces. She has been a member of the adjunctive faculty with Integral Institute.
